Now, JONES is launching the School of Inclusive Leadership, offering the same high level of expertise and training to those wanting to take their careers to new levels.

The JONES School of Inclusive Leadership (JSOL) was founded to empower authentic leaders with the mindsets, skills, and behaviors necessary to lead effectively in a diverse environment. Whether you participate virtually or in person, JSOL Intensives are customized to bring leaders together who share a lived experience, a cultural identity group, and/or professional roles. This allows an engaging and targeted learning environment where specific leadership challenges are explored in a psychologically safe space, that allows for meaningful connections and deeper reflection.

You will leave JSOL with advanced skills, responsive strategies to inform day-to-day and long-term decision-making, and a personal action plan to implement upon completion. Led by world-class professionals who identify in the same way as participants, our Intensives draw out the best in people by leveraging trust, promoting inclusive practices, and equity-minded decision-making for personal and organizational success.
